Why We Stay Unhappy (and How to Change It)

Unhappiness isn’t a mystery..

It’s often a series of choices we make. 🔥 But the good news? We have the power to rewrite that story.

Sometimes, we fall into patterns that drain our happiness without even realizing it. Here’s what I’ve learned from my own journey:

Choosing comfort over growth? I’ve been there. Stepping out of my comfort zone—whether through taking risks in business or embracing vulnerability—was scary but necessary for real growth. 🌱

Focusing more on what’s missing? Instead of dwelling on what I don’t have, I consciously shift my focus to what I can give. This mindset shift helped me find purpose, whether it’s in mentoring entrepreneurs or contributing to causes I’m passionate about. 💡

Expecting others to make me happy? I realized that happiness is an inside job. I started building daily habits—like journaling, meditation, and gratitude—which helped me create joy and fulfillment on my own. ✨

So then now how do we get out of the Unhappiness Cycle:

✅Take time to reflect on what truly matters to you.

✅ Don’t get stuck in the trap of what you don’t have. Instead, ask yourself: What can I give today?

✅ True happiness comes from personal evolution. Push yourself to try new things, challenge the status quo, and grow beyond your comfort zone.
